Property Consultant – Residential Real Estate (Sharjah)

About the role

Savills Middle East is expanding its residential team in Sharjah and seeks experienced Property Consultants to join a leading brand in prime real estate. This commission‑only position offers a competitive structure, strong earning potential, and the chance to work alongside seasoned brokers while serving the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets set by management.
• Qualify leads, manage data and client interactions using the company CRM.
• Prepare and execute sales agreements, leasing contracts and advertising materials.
• Stay updated on market trends, legislation and best practices.
• Network actively, attend real estate exhibitions and generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate property listings on company portals and databases.
• Provide professional, ethical service and punctual attendance for all commitments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE real‑estate market.
• UAE driver’s licence and own car.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team‑player attitude with flexibility to meet client needs.
• Bilingual ability in English and Arabic is an advantage.
