About the role

Range International Property Investment is hiring a Property Consultant (Secondary Market) in Dubai. The consultant acquires properties for sale or rent, keeps clients informed through the sales process, networks with professionals to build opportunities and specialises in certain areas or communities.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire properties for sale or rent and match them to client briefs
• Keep clients informed about the sales process
• Network with professionals to expand work opportunities and relationships
• Present to potential clients and conduct viewings
• Prepare the necessary documentation for transactions
• Stay updated on market trends and best practices

Required profile

• Sales negotiation, communication and client relationship skills
• Time management and organisational skills
• Prior sales experience in banking, insurance or the motor industry is preferred
• Experience in the Dubai real estate market is preferred
• Financially driven and highly motivated
• Presentable with a professional image; native English speaker preferred
