About the role

The Property Consultant – Spanish Speaker is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves advising clients on property purchases, sales, and investments, with a focus on Spanish‑speaking clients, ensuring clear communication and professional guidance throughout the real estate process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings, manage client inquiries, prepare and present property proposals, and negotiate offers to close transactions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate regulations and market trends, build and manage a portfolio of clients, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a consistent, high‑quality client experience.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and advisory skills to guide clients through property decisions and investment strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
• Customer service expertise to build long‑term relationships, respond promptly to inquiries, and provide high‑standard client care.
• Sales abilities to generate leads, conduct follow‑ups, negotiate effectively, and close real estate transactions.
• Solid knowledge of Dubai’s property market, legal requirements, and local procedures.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) and ability to work on‑site in Dubai complying with licensing requirements.
