Property Consultant – Turkish Speaker (Commission Only)

About the role

Legacy Properties is seeking a Turkish‑speaking Property Consultant to join its Dubai team. The role is commission‑only and focuses on matching buyers and investors with residential and off‑plan properties while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, lead generation and market outreach.
• Advise clients on residential and off‑plan properties that meet their investment goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors and property owners.
• Conduct property presentations, viewings and client consultations.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to closing, including negotiating offers.
• Stay updated on market trends, new developments, pricing, payment plans and investment opportunities.
• Participate in property launches, exhibitions, roadshows and networking events.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives while maintaining accurate records.

Required profile

• Hungry and confident with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
• Resilient and relationship‑driven, viewing real estate as a long‑term career.
• Previous real‑estate sales experience with a proven track record.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and commercially driven.
