Property Consultant – Yas Island & Saadiyat Island Specialist

About the role

MD Real Estate, an established Abu Dhabi brokerage, is expanding its sales team and seeking experienced Property Consultants specialized in Yas Island and Saadiyat Island. The role involves owning the market as the go‑to specialist for resale, off‑plan and investment properties on these islands.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the assigned community and grow business across resale, off‑plan and investment markets.
• Build and manage a strong portfolio of quality resale and off‑plan properties.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, buyers, sellers, landlords and investors.
• Prospect consistently to secure new listings and business opportunities.
• Advise clients on property values, market trends, rental yields and investment potential.
• Match qualified buyers and investors with suitable properties and negotiate offers through to closing.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow‑up through the company CRM while staying ahead of new launches and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real‑estate sales experience.
• Proven expertise in Yas Island and/or Saadiyat Island with a track record of closed resale and off‑plan transactions.
• Strong knowledge of the islands’ communities, developments, pricing and market dynamics.
• Ability to generate listings, prospect property owners and develop new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client‑relationship skills in professional English.
• Proactive, target‑driven and comfortable working with premium and luxury properties.
