Property Inspector

About the role

Wasl, one of Dubai's largest real estate management companies, is hiring an Inspector for its Property Management department. The Inspector conducts field inspections of land plots, properties, facilities, common areas and tenant-occupied premises to check compliance with lease agreements, approved usage and property regulations. The role reports to the Inspection Team Leader.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine field inspections following approved schedules, annual plans and special requests, and verify that premises comply with leases, permitted land use and property rules.
• Identify and document violations such as expired contracts, unauthorized usage, subleasing, misuse of premises and occupancy irregularities.
• Check trade licenses, tenancy contracts and lease documents, and assess maintenance condition, damages, safety concerns and cleanliness.
• Gather evidence through photos, site observations, tenant interviews and supporting documents, then prepare inspection reports with findings, photos and recommended follow-up actions.
• Maintain inspection records, case files, site visit logs and correspondence, and coordinate with tenants, watchmen and facility teams to clarify findings and request documents.
• Take part in tenant meetings on violations and compliance, escalate serious or unresolved matters to the Inspection Team Leader, and perform additional tasks assigned by the line manager.

• Willingness to interact with tenants, occupants, watchmen, contractors and other stakeholders.
