Provider Network Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

Lyra Health is expanding its MENA operations and needs a Provider Network Recruitment Coordinator to manage and grow its network of mental‑health and related professionals across 17 countries. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the provider network meets the region’s increasing demand.

Key responsibilities

• Assess administrative needs and build specialty‑based provider networks throughout the MENA region.
• Schedule interviews, handle contract preparation and onboarding for diverse professionals such as psychologists, lawyers, financial coaches and dieticians.
• Maintain strong relationships with contracted partners, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with Lyra MENA protocols.
• Coordinate ongoing training and support for network providers.
• Liaise with internal teams to align operational requirements and uphold ethical standards.
• Work autonomously to guarantee the network can fully support operational needs and contribute to business performance objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of relevant work experience.
• Proven ability to manage contracting across varied regulatory environments.
• Experience living and working in the MENA region.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Availability to work five days a week, 8:30 am–5:30 pm.
