About the role
Apt Resources is looking for a Public Area Attendant to join a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel on the Red Sea. The role focuses on maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all public spaces to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Keep lobbies, corridors, restrooms and other common areas clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests, answering queries and requests courteously.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance needs immediately.
Required profile
- Previous experience in public area cleaning or housekeeping in a 5‑star hotel environment (highly desirable).
- Excellent attention to detail and dedication to high cleanliness standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE.
