About the role
The Public Area Attendant ensures that all guest‑facing and back‑of‑house public areas are kept clean and presentable in line with Anantara's standards.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of all public, guest‑facing and back‑of‑house areas according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Arrange and replace water flower displays in the lobby as scheduled.
- Report any fire or safety hazards to housekeeping management.
- Adhere to all health and safety requirements.
- Maintain housekeeping inventory records.
- Process lost and found items correctly.
- Recommend and implement measures to minimise waste of materials and amenities.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Passion for excellent service, strong teamwork and communication skills.
