Public Relations Executive – Dubai

About the role

The Public Relations Executive will join Westin Hotels & Resorts’ Dubai Marina property to support all property‑level communications. Reporting to the PR Manager, you will help shape and deliver on‑brand messaging across traditional media, digital platforms and social channels, enhancing the hotel’s visibility and reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute press releases, media advisories and press kits.
• Coordinate media interviews, site visits and press events.
• Maintain and update media contact lists, coverage trackers and content calendars.
• Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns that drive positive coverage.
• Collaborate with communications, eCommerce and marketing teams to align local PR activities with broader brand initiatives.
• Monitor media coverage and generate performance reports.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of PR experience, preferably in hospitality or luxury brands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Media relations and press release writing.
• Social media management and content scheduling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic knowledge of digital communication tools.
