Public Relations Officer (PRO)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all company‑related government transactions and immigration processes for our Al Ain office. The role ensures timely completion of visas, labor permits, Emirates ID applications and maintains accurate records in support of HR and management.

Key responsibilities

• Handle company‑related government transactions, including visa, labor permit, Emirates ID, and immigration applications.
• Coordinate with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA and other relevant authorities to submit and collect official documents.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of all government transactions and employee documentation.
• Follow up on applications, approvals, renewals and cancellations to ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Support HR and management with PRO‑related administrative tasks and other government‑relation duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a PRO or Public Relations Officer in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of UAE government procedures and online portals.
• Valid UAE driving licence and ability to travel to government offices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
