About the role
We are looking for a Purchase Assistant to join our growing Steel Structural Division. The role involves supporting the procurement process for steel fabrication projects.
Key responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with suppliers for quotations.
- Collect and compare supplier quotations.
- Prepare simple quotation comparison sheets.
- Follow up on pending quotations and purchase requirements.
Required profile
- 1–2 years UAE experience in purchasing, preferably in steel fabrication or construction.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Email.
- Freshers may be considered if they have good basic computer skills.
- Able to follow up with suppliers and request quotations.
- Able to prepare simple quotation comparisons.
- Good communication and follow‑up skills.
- Willing to work in Hamriyah Free Zone 2.
- Filipino candidates preferred.
