About the role
The Hotel Buyer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating and procuring goods and services essential for hotel operations, including food and beverage supplies, linens, guest amenities, maintenance parts, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage sourcing and procurement of all hotel operational supplies.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to achieve best value.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and maintain inventory levels.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to understand their purchasing needs.
Required profile
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in purchasing or procurement within a hospitality environment is preferred.
