About the role
The Shisha Man prepares and serves hookah to customers in a lounge or café environment, ensuring a pleasant experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble hookah pipes, fill bowls with flavored tobacco, and ensure equipment is clean.
- Take orders for shisha flavors and drinks, recommend combinations, and engage with customers.
- Light charcoal, manage heat, and maintain smooth smoke quality.
- Keep the shisha area clean, change water, and dispose of used charcoal and tobacco.
- Follow safety protocols, ensure proper ventilation, and handle hot charcoal safely.
- Upsell snacks, beverages, and accessories to increase sales.
- Process payments accurately using cash or POS systems.
- Monitor inventory of shisha supplies and inform management when restocking is needed.
Required profile
- No experience required.
- Open to freshers.
