About the role

Mulk Influx is hiring a Purchasing Supervisor in Abu Dhabi, UAE, to oversee medical and pharmaceutical procurement, supplier negotiations, inventory control and regulatory compliance. The position is full time and permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee medical and pharmaceutical procurement
• Handle supplier negotiations
• Manage inventory control
• Ensure regulatory compliance

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of purchasing or procurement experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Experience in ophthalmology, day-care surgery or ENT is an advantage
• A valid pharmaceutical license meeting UAE regulatory requirements is mandatory

Required skills

• Knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical procurement
• Understanding of supplier negotiations, inventory control and UAE healthcare regulations
• Negotiation, procurement and regulatory compliance
