QA Engineer – Capital Markets (Web, iOS, Android)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join a Family Office in Abu Dhabi, focusing on Capital Markets applications across web, iOS and Android platforms. The role combines manual testing, test design, and automation to ensure high‑quality trading, order management and market data workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute manual test plans, scenarios and cases for Capital Markets systems.
• Identify, document and track defects with clear technical and business context.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript) and Selenium/Java.
• Perform API testing with Postman, validate REST endpoints and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams to deliver quality releases.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years of hands‑on QA experience, including manual and automated testing.
• Strong background in testing modern web applications and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and experience with Playwright for UI automation.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
