QA & Inventory Control Officer – Warehouse Operations

About the role

We are looking for a QA & Inventory Control Officer to work on the warehouse floor in Dubai. The role acts as the quality gatekeeper for all products entering and leaving the facility, ensuring compliance with labeling, packaging and inventory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect every incoming consignment, verify product details, batch numbers, certificates and labels, and hold goods until issues are resolved.
• Check outbound shipments for correct labeling and packaging, stop non‑compliant dispatches and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory aging, enforce FIFO practices, investigate non‑moving stock and recommend improvements.
• Record all discrepancies, damage or labeling issues in the system, maintain photographic evidence and follow non‑conformances to closure.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and disciplined documentation habits.
• Organised, energetic and proactive with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Team player with good communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Physically able to work on the warehouse floor.

Required skills

• Experience or familiarity with ERP/inventory management systems.
