QA/QC Civil Engineer – Villa Construction

About the role

We are seeking a Civil QA/QC Engineer to oversee individual villa projects. The role ensures that all civil construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and applicable quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain project‑specific QA/QC procedures for villa construction works.
• Conduct regular site inspections of excavation, foundations, concrete, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, and finishing.
• Verify that construction activities align with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Review and approve material submittals and perform incoming material inspections.
• Prepare and manage Inspection Requests (IRs) and coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
• Monitor testing activities such as concrete cube tests, compaction tests, waterproofing tests, and soil testing, ensuring results meet project specifications.
• Identify, document, and track non‑conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, including checklists, reports, and inspection records.
