QA/QC Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

The QA/QC Engineer will ensure that all construction projects meet the highest quality standards, supporting Royal International Construction’s reputation for excellence. You will work closely with project managers, construction teams, clients and regulatory bodies to deliver quality‑focused outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve QA/QC plans for each project.
• Conduct regular on‑site inspections and audits to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
• Review construction drawings, specifications and documentation to identify potential quality issues.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality concerns promptly.
• Report QA/QC progress to stakeholders and suggest process improvements.
• Verify that all materials and equipment meet required certifications.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests and audit results.
• Organise training sessions on QA/QC best practices for construction personnel.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and quality assurance developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction industry.
