Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team of technicians responsible for the upkeep of retail and corporate assets across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Assign and monitor daily maintenance tasks for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and AV trades, ensuring quality and safety compliance.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, manage spare part inventory, and minimize service downtime.
• Coordinate with approved vendors and contractors, validate job completion, and handle warranty issues.
• Utilize CMMS to track work orders, team performance, and inventory movements, maintaining accurate maintenance records.
• Compile regular reports on KPIs, service turnaround, and incident logs while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with Brand Operations, Projects, Admin, and Procurement teams for store openings, fit‑outs, and technical upgrades.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• 4–6 years of maintenance experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead technician role.
• Strong technical knowledge across MEP, AV, and carpentry trades.
• Proven leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and emergency response protocols.
