QA/QC Inspector for Construction Projects

About the role

Arada is seeking a QA/QC Inspector to ensure that all construction activities meet the company’s quality standards, project specifications, and UAE regulatory requirements. The role involves regular site inspections, documentation, and coordination with contractors to maintain high-quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of construction works to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor and document construction activities, highlighting deviations or non‑conformances.
• Support the QA/QC Manager in developing and maintaining quality assurance procedures.
• Ensure delivered materials conform to project requirements and approved submittals.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors on quality matters and recommend corrective actions.
• Review and verify testing and inspection reports from third parties.
• Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation for traceability.
• Assist in internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of non‑conformance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of QA/QC inspection experience in real‑estate development or large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and UAE standards.
• Relevant QA/QC certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CQI/IRCA) are preferred.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and report‑writing skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office, QA/QC software tools, and document control systems.
