QA/QC Manager

About the role

We are looking for a QA/QC Manager to lead our quality assurance and control activities across product lines. The role combines technical expertise with leadership to ensure that all deliverables meet contractual and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialized technical support for the quality program, including inspection, testing and statistical methods.
• Develop and issue inspection reports, recommend corrective actions and follow up on implementation.
• Apply quality system knowledge to validate and verify standards required for project execution.
• Lead audits, performance evaluations and reliability assessments to improve safety, reliability and maintainability.
• Maintain and continuously improve quality standards, procedures and materials used in the work scope.
• Manage a team of quality professionals, set functional objectives and contribute to global process strategy.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, science or a related field.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in quality assurance / control, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.
