QAQC / Technical Coordinator

About the role

The QA/QC & Technical Coordinator ensures that all construction activities meet project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. This role also manages technical documentation, drawings, inspections, material approvals, and serves as a liaison between the project team, consultants, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the Project Quality Plan and enforce company QA/QC procedures.
• Conduct inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), and related quality documentation.
• Issue, track, and follow up on Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
• Maintain QA/QC records, checklists, inspection and test reports.
• Coordinate review and distribution of approved shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Ensure only the latest approved documents are used on site and assist in resolving technical issues.
• Support project close‑out activities, including as‑built documentation and handover packages.
• Maintain document control for technical and QA/QC records and prepare regular quality reports.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure approved materials are delivered and attend coordination meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 36 months of experience in QA/QC within construction projects.
