QC Incoming Inspector

About the role

The Incoming Inspector will perform inspection and testing of production materials, verify the condition and compliance of machines and tools, and ensure calibration and control of IMTEs to support product quality, compliance and operational reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out inspection and testing according to the incoming material inspection quality plan.
• Record inspection and test results and attach them to SAP entries.
• Maintain records in line with the Inventory Management System (IMS) procedure.
• Manage daily operations of the Empty Components Lab.
• Verify that incoming materials meet approved specifications, drawings, standards and quality agreements.
• Comply with occupational safety and health (OSH) instructions, use appropriate PPE and report hazards.

Required profile

• High school diploma with good mathematics skills.
• Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing quality control for incoming components.
• Familiarity with visual inspection standards, technical drawings and quality agreements.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025.
• Good verbal communication and basic report writing abilities.
• Basic computer literacy in MS Word and MS Excel.
