QC Inspector

About the role

The Quality Control Inspector ensures that all incoming raw materials and finished products meet established quality standards and specifications. You will conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections, document findings, and work closely with production teams to resolve any non‑conformities. This role supports continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials and finished goods.
• Conduct functional tests to verify compliance with specifications.
• Accurately record inspection results and maintain detailed quality logs.
• Identify, report, and document non‑conformities or deviations.
• Collaborate with production staff to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem‑solving activities.
• Assist in developing and updating quality control procedures and work instructions.
• Provide support during customer audits and inspections as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or QA certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a quality inspector in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and sampling plans.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
