QHSE Supervisor – Middle East

About the role

The QHSE Supervisor for the Middle East will lead the health, safety, environmental and quality function for Core Laboratories across the region. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement a comprehensive HSEQ program for the assigned location, aligning with corporate and local rules.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and industry HSEQ personnel to incorporate new requirements.
• Plan, deliver and monitor HSEQ training for all employees.
• Conduct accident/injury investigations and support legal or insurance proceedings.
• Inspect facilities, identify hazards, and enforce corrective actions.
• Provide signage, barriers and other safety communications.
• Assist with fire drills, disaster planning and emergency response.
• Lead HSEQ meetings and support other sites as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of HSEQ experience.
• Good verbal and written English and local language skills.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Advanced computer proficiency (MS Windows, Word).
