Quality and Operations Manager

About the role

The Quality and Operations Support Manager is part of the Quality and Operations team within PwC's Internal Firm Services line of service, operating across all lines of service. The team's aim is to design, implement and support proactive management of delivery risk, improving the quality of delivery for clients, the firm and its people.

Key responsibilities

• Support the R&Q Director on wider R&Q team operations, including budget preparation, monthly budget monitoring and liaison with sub-function leads
• Support people-related activities such as career coach allocations, and team people and operations
• Support the Enterprise Risk Management programme and conduct quality assurance on ECR files (Engagement Compliance Reviews)
• Prepare the Partner feedback dashboard for R&Q performance
• Drive continuous improvement across quality programmes, using digital tools and data to improve efficiency and value
• Support quality improvement throughout the engagement lifecycle and lead or take part in ad hoc projects assigned by the CRO
• Update Risk and Quality systems, identify improvements in policies and processes, and support governance frameworks, quality checkpoints and a potential Quality Plan

Required profile

• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Professional or academic qualification (degree level or equivalent), or extensive relevant practical experience
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous
• Experience in the Professional Services industry in a top-tier Big 4 firm preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
