Quality Assurance Executive – Chemical Industry (Dubai)

About the role

The chemical company in Dubai is looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to oversee quality control, logistics coordination and inspection activities for both inbound and outbound material flows. The role supports technical and R&D functions, ensures compliance with standards and helps maintain product integrity across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics, QC and operations for inbound material inspections and generate inspection reports.
• Set packaging standards with procurement to meet global requirements and ensure materials pass QC before shipment.
• Conduct pre‑loading inspections at third‑party warehouses and prepare Quality Assurance Reports (QAR) and Non‑Conformance Reports (NCR).
• Monitor inventory aging, manage shelf‑life revalidation and participate in bulk loading at supplier sites.
• Investigate NCR cases with the technical team and report findings.
• Support senior chemist in R&D, technical service, complaint handling and revalidation activities.
• Train team members on ERP matching procedures, inspect incoming consignments and coordinate sampling.
• Verify outbound loading against sales orders, supervise relabelling and resolve process‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control or chemical operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inspection procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
