Quality Assurance Intern

About the role

TechnipFMC is seeking a Quality Assurance Intern to support inspection activities for products received from other TechnipFMC plants and external vendors. The role offers hands‑on experience in a global energy company focused on sustainable innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect incoming TechnipFMC products and perform QC inspections during manufacturing according to DBI standards.
• Ensure Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs) are complete and accurate before storage.
• Maintain SAP records after QC operations, including non‑conformance entries.
• Document inspection outcomes and upload reports, calibration records, and performance data to the server.
• Conduct stage inspections such as NDT, hardness, and coating checks as required.
• Maintain traceability of quality documentation (MTCs, supplier records, MRBs) and calibration records.
• Retrieve and verify MRBs before archiving.
• Interpret machine drawings and compare them with actual components.
• Recommend process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Pursuing an Engineering degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent work experience).
• Previous internship experience in oil & gas or manufacturing environments.
• Good communication skills and operational computer knowledge.

Required skills

• QC inspection knowledge.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Familiarity with NDT, hardness testing, and coating inspection.
• Ability to maintain calibration records.
