Quality Manager – Aviation Product Safety

About the role

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality (Product Safety & Compliance) function at its Abu Dhabi site. The role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, product safety, and the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System across aerospace operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the site’s Quality function, defining policy, standards and overseeing compliance.
• Act as the functional management representative for all aviation and non‑aviation regulatory approvals.
• Establish, implement, maintain and improve the Quality & Safety Management System in a Just‑Culture environment.
• Provide strategic quality leadership to achieve safety, regulatory compliance and business objectives.
• Ensure product and process compliance for OEM and aftermarket aerospace activities.
• Drive achievement of quality objectives on time and within budget.
• Champion the Voice of the Customer to align outputs with customer requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality, safety or compliance within the aerospace or related high‑tech industry.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage regulatory interfaces.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement.
