Quality Manager – PMCM

About the role

AECOM is seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and control for a mixed‑use development in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive quality management plans aligned with project specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits and testing of construction materials, workmanship and installations across all phases.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and other international quality standards.
• Identify non‑conformances, document findings and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and keep schedules on track.
• Prepare detailed quality reports, metrics and documentation for stakeholders and senior management.
• Lead quality meetings and provide technical guidance on quality requirements and best practices.
• Maintain organized quality records, certificates of compliance and test reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of quality management experience in construction or mixed‑use development projects.
• Proven expertise in QA/QC methodologies, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and relevant construction quality standards.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations and local construction practices.
• Experience with quality management systems and documentation software.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Professional certifications in quality management (CQM, ASQ) preferred.
