Quality Transformation Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to drive an enterprise‑wide transformation of our Quality and Food Safety systems. The role will design and implement a future‑state quality architecture that spans incoming materials, production, laboratories, finished goods, suppliers and customers across all sites and business units.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision, roadmap and governance model for quality transformation.
• Lead the implementation of ERP Quality modules (inspection plans, notifications, holds, usage decisions, quality costing).
• Deploy an enterprise QMS/eQMS covering document control, deviations, non‑conformance, CAPA, change control, audits and complaints.
• Implement a LIMS and digitise laboratory processes, including sample lifecycle management and instrument integration.
• Introduce AI‑enabled computer‑vision inspection and defect‑detection automation.
• Own quality master data and ensure seamless integration between ERP, QMS, LIMS, PLM and MES.
• Establish trusted KPI reporting and standardise inspection, release, deviation, CAPA, audit, complaint and recall processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related field (Master/MBA a plus).
• 10‑15+ years of experience in Quality, Food Safety or laboratory systems, with proven transformation leadership in FMCG or process manufacturing.
• At least one full‑cycle ERP Quality, QMS or LIMS implementation from design to stabilisation.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA QM, Oracle Quality or equivalent, and integration with MES/PLM.
• Relevant certifications such as ASQ, ISO Lead Auditor, HACCP/FSSC/BRCGS, Lean Six Sigma or PMP are advantageous.
• Experience in food & beverage, consumer goods, pharma or other regulated process industries is preferred.
