Quantitative Researcher & Developer – Data Science

About the role

We want to crack the hardest challenges in systematic investing. ADIA’s Quantitative Research & Development team works in a multidisciplinary environment where experts pioneer new ways to think about investing and put these ideas into practice. The team leverages data to enable research, development and implementation of quantitative investment strategies by providing clean, actionable data and building robust, efficient, scalable technology.

Key responsibilities

• Develop pipelines to clean, tag and integrate new data sources (data ingestion & cleansing).
• Generate descriptive statistics, uncover valuable patterns and present potential applications of datasets (data analysis).
• Maintain automated systems for data collection, cleaning and retrieval (data infrastructure).

Required profile

• Education: Ph.D. or Master’s in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3+ years in data science.
• Technical expertise in applying analytical and statistical techniques to large real‑world datasets.
• Ability to solve complex problems and communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong curiosity and desire to learn new methods and technologies.
• Passion for working with data.
