Quantity Surveyor – Dubai

About the role

AECOM is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to conduct surveys, manage land‑information systems and produce accurate plots and reports for infrastructure projects in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct surveys to ascertain locations of natural features and structures using electronic distance‑measuring equipment and other surveying instruments.
• Operate and manage land‑information computer systems, storing data, making inquiries, and producing plots and reports.
• Review survey team information on measurements, distances, angles, elevations, and contours.
• Research legal records to determine boundary lines.
• Record survey results, verify data accuracy, and prepare plots, maps, and reports.

Required profile

• Experienced professional with comprehensive understanding of quantity surveying.
• Ability to handle diverse and complex scope of work.
