About the role
Talent Build is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a site‑based hotel development in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on post‑contract activities, ensuring cost control and commercial compliance throughout the construction phase.
Key responsibilities
- Manage post‑contract quantity surveying activities for the assigned hotel project.
- Prepare, review, and evaluate project valuations, variations, and payment applications.
- Monitor project costs and maintain budgets throughout construction.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to support successful delivery.
- Prepare cost reports and assist in resolving contractual and commercial matters.
Required profile
- Strong post‑contract experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Experience on hotel, mixed‑use development, or luxury residential projects.
- Currently based in Abu Dhabi and available to join immediately.
- UAE project experience is preferred.
