About the role
The Quantity Surveyor – MEP will prepare quantity take‑offs and BOQs for MEP and electromechanical works, measure completed work and support procurement and cost control activities.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take‑offs and BOQs for MEP and electromechanical works.
- Measure completed work and prepare payment applications and subcontractor assessments.
- Evaluate variations and maintain cost and commercial records.
- Support procurement, cost control and preparation of final accounts.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years experience in MEP, BMS or electromechanical fields.
- UAE experience preferred.
