Quantity Surveyor (Pre & Post Contract)

About the role

Gardinia Contracting, the fully integrated construction powerhouse behind Azizi Developments, leads some of Dubai's most ambitious real‑estate projects such as Burj Azizi and the Azizi Venice master community. As a Pre & Post Contract Quantity Surveyor you will support the delivery of luxury residential, commercial and hospitality developments by managing cost estimation, tendering and value‑engineering activities.

Key responsibilities

• Review architectural, structural, MEP and other project drawings, specifications and tender documents.
• Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) in line with project requirements.
• Obtain, evaluate and compare quotations from suppliers, subcontractors and specialist contractors.
• Prepare tender documents, pricing schedules, commercial enquiries and tender comparison statements.
• Conduct value‑engineering exercises to identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Monitor changes in project scope, assess cost impact and keep estimates aligned with forecasts.

Required profile

• BE or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
• 10‑15 years of experience in pre‑ and post‑contract quantity surveying.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
