Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer)

About the role

Rukn Al Eurubih Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer) to join its construction team in Dubai. The role involves cost estimation, preparation of Bills of Quantities, subcontractor evaluation and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take‑offs, BOQs, cost estimates and tender pricing.
• Evaluate progress payment applications, variations and final accounts.
• Review subcontractor quotations and verify completed work quantities.
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications and contract documents.
• Support project cost control and ensure accurate quantity measurements.
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain accurate documentation and assist with contract administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of Quantity Surveying experience in the UAE or GCC.
• Proven experience in quantity take‑offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation and tender pricing.
• Ability to prepare and assess payment applications, variations and final accounts.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
