Real Estate Accountant (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Real Estate Accountant who is fluent in Arabic to join Al Mulla Group’s real‑estate division in Fujairah. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing statements and ensuring compliance with UAE GAAP and VAT regulations while supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general‑ledger accounts, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer invoicing.
• Execute monthly and year‑end closing procedures, preparing journal entries, accruals and reconciliations.
• Produce financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets and cash‑flow statements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and VAT reporting requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations.
• Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis and financial forecasting.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather data for budgeting and planning.
• Utilise accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP or Oracle) to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE GAAP and VAT regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical abilities and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
