Real Estate Administrator

About the role

Altura Property Group is expanding its operations in Dubai and seeks a Real Estate Administrator to support its premium property sales, leasing, and asset‑management activities. The role combines administrative precision with stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth transaction flows.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, audit, and optimise property listings on major UAE portals and internal CRM systems.
• Draft tenancy contracts, sales agreements, and standard legal documentation for leasing and sales.
• Track, organise, and process transaction paperwork from client offer through closing and handover.
• Serve as the primary liaison between developers, landlords, tenants, and the brokerage team.
• Manage office calendars, schedule premium client appointments, and handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an administrative, operational support, or executive assistant role, preferably within Dubai real‑estate.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, solution‑oriented approach.
• Ability to prioritise heavy workloads and multitask efficiently under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and property listing portals.
