Real Estate Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Administrator to join our Family Office, responsible for the day‑to‑day administration, property management, and facility management of our real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will act as the central point of contact for facility services, payments, access management, documentation, and coordination with real estate agents.

Key responsibilities

• Re‑register and centralize all accounts and accesses under a single set of logins and email address.
• Monitor and control payment of service charges, DEWA, Empower.
• Maintain and organize all documentation related to the company and property.
• Create and manage property listings, maintaining ongoing communication with real estate agents.
• Issue and manage viewing passes and coordinate access for property viewings.
• Liaise with tenants and agents throughout the leasing process.
• Oversee and control the collection of cash payments and cheques from tenants.
• Coordinate and order facility management services for all units, including cleaning, maintenance and technical support.
• Monitor service quality and respond promptly to maintenance issues.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.

Required profile

• Prior experience working in a real estate agency (mandatory).
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple properties.
