Real Estate Agent – European Market Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Real Estate Agent to serve European‑speaking clients in Abu Dhabi. The role involves guiding buyers, sellers and investors through the full property transaction cycle while showcasing our premium residential and commercial listings.

Key responsibilities

• Assist European‑language clients in buying, selling and investing in Abu Dhabi real estate.
• Provide market insights, luxury property advice and investment opportunities, including guidance on Golden Visa eligibility.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms and manage end‑to‑end transaction processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes and emerging developments.
• Implement targeted marketing strategies to promote listings to European audiences.
• Collaborate with developers, legal advisors and internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

Required profile

• Fluency in one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian) and strong English communication skills.
• Good understanding of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market and key neighbourhoods.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and customer‑service abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• UAE driving licence and access to transportation are a plus.
• Valid UAE real‑estate licence is a plus.
