About the role

Blueprint Realty LLC is looking for a motivated Internal Real Estate Agent to join its growing development team in Dubai. You will manage company‑generated leads, guide walk‑in clients through the sales journey, and support broker relationships to maximise sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, website and social media.
• Deliver professional project presentations and arrange viewings for prospective buyers.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with prospects, prepare reservation forms and assist with sales documentation.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, CRM and management teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide after‑sales support until SPA completion.
• Support broker relationship activities, including registrations, meetings, events and commission coordination.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales activity reports and monitor lead conversion ratios.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real‑estate sales, preferably in off‑plan developments.
• Strong communication, organisational and customer‑service skills.
