Real Estate Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent to join Prime Jad Real Estate in Dubai. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling and leasing properties while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with property purchases, sales, and rentals.
• Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals and digital marketing.
• Conduct property viewings and explain features to prospective buyers or tenants.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable listings.
• Negotiate prices, terms and agreements between parties.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Follow up leads and convert inquiries into successful transactions.
• Stay updated on market trends and available listings.
• Coordinate with developers, landlords, buyers, sellers and other stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, leasing or consultancy.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of the local property market.
• Sales‑oriented, target‑driven attitude with professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Basic computer skills.
