About the role

Mayak, a real estate company offering a full range of services in the luxury real estate market, is hiring an approved Real Estate Agent. The agent works with hot leads and major developers in Dubai, earns a high percentage of sales (top experts earn from $3,000 to $20,000), and receives training and support from managers and experienced colleagues. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:30.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the existing database of buyers and owners of properties and regularly update it
• Advise clients on renting or selling real estate
• Help clients choose the ideal property for their needs
• Organize and conduct negotiations with the company's clients

Required profile

• Successful practical experience in the real estate market
• Keeps up with the latest real estate trends
• Excellent communication skills and top-notch customer service
• Highly motivated team player
• Valid driver's license
• Fluent in English and Russian
