About the role
LIVWELL REAL ESTATE L.L.C. is expanding its team in Dubai and seeks motivated Real Estate Agents to operate in both off‑plan and secondary property markets.
Key responsibilities
- Sell off‑plan properties and promote new launches from leading developers.
- Handle secondary market transactions, including ready‑for‑sale properties, resales, and rentals.
- Generate leads and build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
- Arrange property viewings, client meetings, and presentations.
- Follow up with clients and negotiate deals professionally.
- Stay updated on Dubai’s property market, prices, and investment opportunities.
Required profile
- Experience in Dubai real estate is preferred, but freshers with strong interest are welcome.
- Knowledge of off‑plan or secondary market properties.
- Self‑motivated, professional, and target‑oriented.
Required skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
