Real Estate Agent – Off-Plan & Secondary Market

About the role

LIVWELL REAL ESTATE L.L.C. is expanding its team in Dubai and seeks motivated Real Estate Agents to operate in both off‑plan and secondary property markets.

Key responsibilities

• Sell off‑plan properties and promote new launches from leading developers.
• Handle secondary market transactions, including ready‑for‑sale properties, resales, and rentals.
• Generate leads and build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Arrange property viewings, client meetings, and presentations.
• Follow up with clients and negotiate deals professionally.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s property market, prices, and investment opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in Dubai real estate is preferred, but freshers with strong interest are welcome.
• Knowledge of off‑plan or secondary market properties.
• Self‑motivated, professional, and target‑oriented.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
