Real Estate Agent – Off‑Plan Sales (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent specializing in the primary (off‑plan) market to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Dubai’s off‑plan property sector, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell off‑plan properties from leading developers in Dubai
• Advise clients on investment opportunities and market trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by management
• Stay updated on new project launches and market insights
• Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing

Required profile

• +1 year experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in off‑plan sales
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and major developers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Presentable, confident, and client‑focused personality
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment
• Fluency in English is required
• Indian, Russian, Turkish, French or Urdu speakers are highly preferred
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus
