Real Estate Agent – Off‑Plan & Secondary Market (Dubai)

About the role

Home 4 life is expanding its sales force in Dubai and is looking for motivated Real Estate Agents to handle both off‑plan projects and secondary‑market transactions. The role is commission‑based, full‑time, and requires on‑site presence in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads for off‑plan and resale properties.
• Present project concepts and negotiate deals with prospective buyers.
• Close sales while meeting or exceeding commission targets.
• Maintain accurate client records using the Bitrix CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage exclusive listings and market data.

Required profile

• UAE residency (any nationality welcomed).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in off‑plan or secondary‑market sales.
• Valid driving licence for secondary‑market agents.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to work on a commission‑only basis.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Bitrix CRM.
