Real Estate Analyst

About the role

KitchenPark is looking for a Real Estate Analyst to join its Dubai office. You will support the company’s mission of turning under‑utilised properties into smart kitchens by identifying and evaluating new property opportunities across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Source new properties and initiate contact with landlords and local authorities.
• Negotiate with landlords, developers and clear regulatory requirements to secure viable sites.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify real‑estate trends, opportunities and risks.
• Prepare financial models, forecasts and feasibility studies for potential investments.
• Assist in creating investment memorandums, presentations and reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor economic indicators, regulatory changes and market dynamics affecting the UAE real‑estate sector.
• Maintain real‑estate databases and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Understanding of the commercial real‑estate market in the UAE.
